These terms govern website design and development services provided by Webdesign Firm ("we", "us") for a one-off project.

Scope of Service

Services covered include those described on our services pages: custom website design, website redesign, landing page design, and e-commerce websites. Work outside an agreed written scope is treated as a change request and quoted separately.

Quotes & Pricing

Every project is confirmed with a written quote before work begins. Prices shown on this website are indicative starting ranges only, not binding until confirmed in writing for your specific scope.

Project Work

Projects are delivered against a defined scope and timeline agreed in writing. Delays caused by late feedback, content, or approvals from the client may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed in the written quote for each project. Late payment may pause active work until resolved.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the website and design assets created specifically for a client become the property of the client, excluding any third-party licensed components, plugins, or stock assets used under their own license terms.

Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable professional care in every project, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
